France, Paris, Eiffel Tower,.. Everyone of you must be thinking of those amazing food of love.. So, since I had learned at Taylor's University College, School of hospitality and tourism and culinary arts, based on a French qualifications, I would like to share with you what are the most famous and commonly food in France.
I have learnt that French cuisine is authentic old based years and years the recipe has not change to its original recipe. For instance, the macaroons, ratatouille, onion soup, tiramisu, and many other French food. And I looking forward to learn more authentic French cuisine soon..!
As I am in pastry, culinary kitchen at one of the best 5 star hotels in Petaling Jaya, Hilton hotel.. I would like to share my recipe for this French tiramisu dessert I've learned.
French tiramisu
Ingredients
60 nos egg yolk
600 gm sugar
3 kg cream cheese
1 litre whipping cream
2 litre topping cream
75 gm gelatine powder
Nescafé syrup
Method
Firstly, whisk the egg yolk and the sugar together until becomes fluffy, then beat the cream cheese to be soft and creamy. Second, add in the mixture of the egg yolk and the sugar to the cream cheese and mix well. Then whisk the cream until fluffy. Thirdly, add the beated cream to the mixture together and mix well. Last but not least, dissolve the gelatine with adequate water then add in to the mixture and mix well. Then, wet the sponge with Nescafé syrup and layer the mixture into
